Another bike ride yesterday. To Pete's coffee in Berkeley by the Claremont and up the mountain to Grizzly Peak then back down to Montclair over Skyline and Snake, then over Piedmont down the back way to Lakeshore.....Love my bike clothing, especially the bright yellow jacket everyone can see from miles away....The weather was beautiful, sunset and all.....

Ride Ataxia and Find a Cure
Dear Friends and Family,
I thought you may be interested in the day to day workings of an active exercise fundraiser. Come back often to see my progress and to find out any information you would like to know about Friedreich's Ataxia. The purpose of my bike ride is not just fundraising, but also to educate about this disease my niece Sophia has. I have met more young people with the disease when Sophia and I went skiing this month (Feb 2009). She had a blast and was therefore motivated to start riding a trike....We are actively searching for one at the moment.
